Is this accessible for everyone?

Yes, our space is open to everyone. Regardless of age or fitness level. Each movement can be scaled or substituted regardless of ability status.

I have no weightlifting experience, can I still join?

Yes, our foundation classes prepare you for everything you need to join our classes.

What is foundations?

In our foundations classes, we’ll work with you one-on-one while you learn new movements. We’ll identify your goals, address any past injuries or mobility concerns and build comfort and confidence in the space.


I have weightlifting/CrossFit experience, do I have to complete foundations?

No, you do not have to complete the foundations. Anyone is welcome to bypass foundations and join class, if they are comfortable doing so.

What hours do you have?

We are open 6am-8pm Monday-Friday, 8am-1pm on Saturdays and we are closed Sundays. We offer classes at various times throughout the day. Click here to view our schedule.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

You can purchase a drop-in pass, foundations class(es). If you purchase a drop-in, you can sign up for a class or open gym via MindBody. All links to those options are located at the bottom of the site or under the “fee” tab.

For regular memberships, please stop by the gym to get set up.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Clients should come to class wearing sneakers and whatever exercise clothes make them feel comfortable. Some of our clients opt to wear weightlifting shoes during the lifting portion of class.
